I was fortunate to have "Cousin" Carol as my trainer. She has a clear presentation style and set a good pace for me. Very easy to follow and understand all the concepts. All questions were answered during training and I was left with no problem comprehending notes, highlights, etc. Additional study material was also provided. I paid a little extra for same tests which I believed were helpful by providing me an opportunity to read the questions properly to achieve the right answers.
